As soon as an order is paid, we generally ship it on the day of payment or on the following working day. Delivery within Germany via our shipping service providers currently takes between 1-5 business days.
Delivery outside of Germany via our shipping service providers currently takes between 3-8 business days.
What are the shipping costs within Germany ?
Up to a gross product value of EUR 40,- the shipping costs are a flat rate 3,99 EUR. If the gross product value exceeds 40 ,- EUR, we ship free of charge throughout Germany. We ship with DHL or DPD.
Alternatively, we offer some of the order via DHL Express. The shipping costs are 9,99 EUR regardless of the gross value of the goods.
What are the shipping costs outside of Germany ?
Shipping costs to EU1 (Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland and Austria) are a flat rate 8,99 EUR per order.
Shipping costs to EU2 (France, Great Britain, Italy, Portugal and Spain) are a flat rate 9,99 EUR per order.
Shipping costs to Int. (Switzerland) is a flat rate 14,99 EUR per order.

Advance payment
With this payment method, you can conveniently deposit the amount directly with your bank or via your online banking (payable within 14 days). The shipment takes place after receipt on our account. Until the amount is received in our account, the goods are reserved for you for a maximum of 7 days. However, a guarantee for this reservation cannot be made, errors reserved. You will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail when ordering in advance. Please enter the information contained therein in the case of transfers as the intended use.
